Shipping Policy. Ha ha. Imagine if we used ships.

So our ‘sending’ policy is this. If you order by 3pm, we’ll send it out the same day. After that, it’ll be the next working day. Honestly, sending out orders is one of our favourite things to do. We don’t hang about. We’ll package it up and rush straight to our nearest postbox (it’s currently got a crochet hat and some googly eyes on it, which is nice) and good old Royal Mail will take care of the rest.

If you’re in the United Kingdom delivery starts at £1.50, bargain, but if you spend £30 or more, it’s completely free! If you’re anywhere else in the world delivery starts at £3 (plane tickets are more expensive I suppose).

If you’re in Europe, please read carefully! Unfortunately we had a little Brexit situation over here (not sure if you heard about it) but it basically made things that were once easy, much much harder. They implemented a system to ‘simplify’ the process of selling to the EU but obviously it’s anything but simple. Anyway, we include VAT in your prices and hand it over to your government through the IOSS scheme which means that you do not need to pay VAT to receive your items, however sometimes Customs agents get a little mixed up. If you're charged VAT incorrectly, please get in touch and we'll help you to get a refund.

Returns Policy

We do our absolute best to make sure that you’ll love our products and they’ll reach you quickly and safely, in pristine condition, but sometimes things go wrong *shudder*. If the unimaginable happens, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to fix it. If you change your mind and decide you don’t actually want to level up your maths game with our incredibly fun and useful resources, you can return your order to us unused, in its original packaging, for a refund, within 14 days. Sadly we can’t cover the shipping costs, we’re not Amazon… yet.

Unfortunately we can’t offer returns on digital products because, well, how would that even work? You can’t undownload it. What will you do, pinky promise that you’ll never open it? That’s not going to work. Luckily our digital products are amazing and we’re fairly sure you won’t want to return them but if you have any problems at all, get in touch and we’ll find a way to solve them. Solving problems is just like maths, which is sort of our thing.

Ultimately, we want you to have a great experience so our real policy is that there is no policy. We promise to make amazing products and get them to you quickly but if we ever fall short, you will be so amazed by our outstanding customer service that you’ll forget all about it. Happy Shopping!
